Well the cast meal for Kentridge’s fall musical is upon us, and pulled pork is on the menu. Thought I would take you through a photographic tour of the ‘que.
Its a smaller show, so the quantity is not massive.
First a Costco run for pork shoulder.
And then a little of the spice rub:
and on to the grill.
Twelve hours later, it was done.
I let it rest for over an hour.
Time to shred.
I hope they like it.
The kids do a great job with the production; great music, super choreography, fantastic acting. If you’re near the school, check it out.
